Day 1: Johannesburg – Livingstone
On arrival at Livingstone Airport a Sanctuary Sussi & Chuma representative will meet and transfer you to the lodge. The transfer time is approximately 20 minutes.
Days 1 &2: Sanctuary Sussi & Chuma
2 nights’ fully inclusive in a twin/double tree house. The camp offers a tour of the Victoria Falls on the Zambian side, a sundowner cruise on the Zambezi, canoeing, walking safaris, game drives in the National Park and a local school and village tour and fishing.
Excludes; Victoria Falls Heritage fees
Sanctuary Sussi & Chuma is built on a dramatic bend of the Zambezi River in the Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park, twelve kilometres upstream from the world-famous Victoria Falls.
Day 3: Sanctuary Sussi & Chuma to Sanctuary Chobe Chilwero
A camp representative will transfer you to the Kazangula border and assist you through customs. On the Botswana side another Sanctuary representative will meet you and transfer you to Chobe Chilwero. Transfer time approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.
Day 3 & 4: Sanctuary Chobe Chilwero
2 nights’ fully inclusive in a twin/ double cottage. The camp offers game drives and boat cruise along the Chobe Rivers.
Sanctuary Chobe Chilwero is a luxurious retreat in the heart of the bush, located on the edge of Chobe National Park, the second largest national park in Botswana, where some 80,000 elephants roam. From the lodge’s hilltop position, guests can enjoy far reaching panoramic views over the Chobe River and floodplain below.
Day 4: Sanctuary Chobe Chilwero to Sanctuary Stanley’s Camp
You will be transferred to the Kasane airport in time for your light aircraft transfer to Stanley`s Camp. Your flight time will be communicated with you the day before by the camp manager at Chobe Chilwero. When you arrive at Stanley`s airstrip, you will road transfer to the lodge.
Day 4 & 5: Sanctuary Stanley`s camp
2 nights’ fully inclusive in a twin/double tent. The camp offers mokoros (subject to water level), walks, day and night drives. An elephant interaction activity is available at an additional cost.
Stanley’s is a classic tented camp located on a private concession in the Okavango Delta. It is located on a 260,000 acre private concession bordering the Moremi Game Reserve. The camp is the home of the unique Living with Elephants interaction. Walking with a trio of orphaned elephants is an uplifting experience and one that will remain with you long after you’ve left.
Day 6: Sanctuary Stanley`s camp to Maun airport
Management at Sanctuary Stanley`s camp will advise your flight details the evening before departure to Maun airport for your onward flight connection
